Maixtec Machinery Develops New HA200-4S Telescopic Boom Laser Screed

Maixtec Machinery has recently developed the new HA200-4S Telescopic Boom Laser Screed, a concrete leveling machine designed for large-area flooring projects and construction environments where accurate leveling and flexible machine operation are required.

The HA200-4S combines a telescopic boom structure with a laser leveling system, providing contractors with a practical solution for concrete floor construction. With a 2,955 mm leveling width and a 5.5-meter boom length, the machine is designed to cover a relatively wide working area while maintaining flexibility during operation.

The machine is powered by a Yanmar 3TNV88F diesel engine, delivering 18.2 kW / 25 HP of power. Its 60-liter fuel tank supports continuous operation for demanding construction tasks. The laser system can be configured with Topcon or Leica laser emitters and Topcon or Moba receivers, helping operators maintain the required concrete elevation during leveling.

Another feature of the HA200-4S is its flexible steering configuration. The machine supports two-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, and crab steering, allowing operators to select different steering modes according to jobsite conditions.

The HA200-4S also uses a four-wheel drive system and an anti-slip design to improve its ability to work in challenging construction environments. Its suspended wheel structure provides additional ground clearance and helps the machine handle uneven jobsite conditions.

For transportation and daily operation, the leveling head can be quickly disassembled. The machine also features a soft landing function and can achieve up to 90-degree transverse movement, providing additional flexibility when working in confined or complex areas.

With a net weight of approximately 2,800 kg, the HA200-4S is positioned as a new option for contractors looking for a telescopic boom laser screed with flexible steering, laser control, and practical construction capabilities.
