The Automatic Slope Control laser screed machine fully hydraulic laser screed is a modern, high-precision concrete construction machine that integrates automatic laser-controlled leveling, high-frequency vibration compaction, and paving leveling functions.
It uses an independent laser emitter as a height benchmark, acquires height data in real time through an onboard laser receiver, and its hydraulic system, controlled by an onboard computer, precisely adjusts the height and angle of the screed head (or working head), thereby achieving millimeter-level flatness on large areas of concrete.
Core Working Principle:
Laser Positioning: The laser emitter establishes a precise horizontal or sloping surface as a reference point in the construction area.
Hydraulic Drive:
Hydraulic Drive: The equipment's movement, steering, and all working components of the leveling head (such as scrapers, augers, and vibrators) are powered and precisely controlled by a hydraulic system
One-Step Forming: During movement, the machine can simultaneously complete:
Scraping excess concrete (by scrapers or augers).
High-frequency vibration compacting of concrete (by a vibrating beam).
Precise leveling to the set elevation (controlled by the laser system).
